the painting

This is something I have planned to do for quite some time... My mom bought me some canvases for Christmas one year. I really wanted to create my own artwork for my house - both cheaper and more original. Here's what I came up with... what do you think?

First I taped off lines on the canvas.

Then started to paint in the areas with different colors (dark and light blue and dark and light purple)

Then took off the tape...

And painted around the shapes... I still need to paint the edge of the canvas... but what do you think? I want to know!!
